Hotel reviews for Rehana Royal Beach & Spa Resort

Just got back from weeks holiday at Rehana Royal Beach resort and spa.

Still in shock from an incident that occured during our stay. 2 young children aged 3 and 5 DIED from drowning in the smaller of the 2 aqua slides pools. Parents were asleep and the children ventured into the pools themselves. NO LIFEGUARDS were ever present at ANY of the 14 swimming pools and so most unfortuately the children drowned. This is just unbeliveable that such a thing could occur in 21st century where such basic health and safety procedures as lifeguards at polls - especially where aqua slides are at the pools - if they had of been the children may be alive today.

Food in the buffet restaurant is not great. The place is NOT 5* but more a 3+*. Even though we were ALL Inclusive we still had to upgrade to alacarte in which the Italien and Chinese restaurants were very good.

The only 5* is the gardens and pools. The rooms are also definately NOT 5* but resemble that of a 3+*.

Wouldnt go again.

Most staff were friendly and helpful.

Russians take over everywhere.

Entertainment appalling and very late at night especially so for young children.
