Hotel reviews for Marhaba Salem

If you are after beautiful beaches, sun and friendly people this is the place to go. Of course, I am female and went with a female friend, in which case it can be over friendly if you catch my drift. Tunisian men love English women!! But do not be mistaken as they do understand English so if you tell them to go away they do!!!

The place is unbelievably cheap and in the end I was buying things just to get rid of my money!! Food was cheap, drink was cheap, cigarettes are cheap, gifts are cheap etc. It is a beautifu country and depending on what tour operator you go with they arrange a lot of excursions for you which are highly recommended. Most of the entertainment is based round the hotels and in the case of the Salem there is a nightclub on the grounds which is definitely worth a vist. Entertainment during the day is excellent around the pool and the same team do the nightly disco in the actual hotel. For a good holiday I would highly recommend this place but mostly if you are a family!!!!
