Hotel reviews for Les Flots Bleus

Arrived at Les Flots Bleus after long drive to find Homair's reception locked and bolted, even though we were within the receptions opening times. After telephoning the rep. he reluctantly came and booked us in. This consisted of me being made to sign forms and give deposits before even seeing the mobile home we had booked. We were then taken to the home, which frankly was a big disappointment, the area around was overgrown, all the garden furnature was shoved into the mobile home making it appear even smaller than it was. At this stage the rep. left. We had to clean both the building and the stacked furniture before using.
Time for a shower, water poured into the bedroom, great my grandkids were now so disappointed they were demanding to go home. Next day after reporting the shower to the rep. who we happened to meet walking around the site, we never saw him in reception, he indicated by arm movements that we should use towels to mop up the water. Shower repaired after 4 days of mopping, outside area cut down during our second week.
Everytime we meet the rep. he tried to tell us not to clean at the end of our stay, he would do it, we indicated no.
In general the site was very rundown, the play areas for the kids was overgrown and the plaything not well maintained. The swimming pool was clean the only thing shown truely in the catalogue, but extremly cold, heated I think not.
When we tried to leave the holiday went from bad to worse, the rep held us up for almost 2 hours until we agreed to pay a ranson, which he called the cleaning fee of E60, although the house and the furnature was far cleaning than when we arrived having got up at 6 am to clean. Even worse our cleanng deposit was not suitable only cash was acceptable, we realised we had been selected for the rep. pension bonus early in the stay, it was clearly a nice earner to be prosecutor, judge, jury and banker.
We contacted Homair 10 days ago upon our return but as yet no meaningful response, Homair clearly feels the actions of their rep. is correct, I was not looking for any money just to know that no other family would be placed in the position we were.
