Holiday reviews for Ierapetra

myself partner and two children 12 and 10 went to the hotel petra mare in august 06. we would recommend this hotel to all especially for the children as the kids club was excellent and as there are waterslides open for at least 2 hours a day there is so much to do. also the watersports are great and well worth doing. the beach is not the best the other side of the island is better and also the town is quiet with not much nightlife so not recommended for young couples . definately for families that want the kids occupied. hotel spotless maids cleaning round the clock. staff lovely. reps brilliant, kids reps so patient great with the kids.kids thought they were funny and kept them occupied all day. the evening entertainment great for all with things for the kids aswell as the adults.
