    This hotel is definitely not 4 star more like two. Smelly, dirty, cramped rooms and lifts. lobby dark and dismal, staff miserable, pool area in dire need of a good clean and renovation. Had to pay 400 euros to upgrade to spa section for cleaner room. Still not qood quality. rude staff and one toilet in garden pool for men and women so always a queue defo not 5 star. Dont go there.
