This is a great hotel and we really enjoyed our stay here. There were 5 people in our party -adults, 34, 36, 60 & 63 and one child who is 14 months old. The staff were very friendly and helpful all the time. The rooms were very clean and maids came everyday to clean and change the towels. You can hire a safe key from reception for about 20 Euros. We stayed in room 228 which had a nice view of the pool and beach. The hotel is in a great location, right by the marina.

We stayed all inclusive and thought that the buffet-style food was quite good. For breakfast there is all the usual cereals, pastries, egg, bacon, sausages (real ones rather than the hot dog version that you usually get abroad).Lunch and evenings meal always had plenty of choice and was of good quality. They also did snacks but we didn’t try these as 2 big meals a day is enough for anyone!!

They have plenty of entertainment staff on so there is always something planned for the kids and adults, and events are listed in reception. The entertainment staff try really hard and put plenty of effort into everything that they put on. The shows aren’t everyone’s cup of tea but are ok. They also do bingo every night, which is a bit much, but a lot of people seemed to play.

There are 2 pools, main one and a children’s pool. It also has its own access to the beach, which is really clean and not at all crowded. The sea is a lovely pale blue colour and quite warm. 2 sunloungers and a parasol costs 17 Euros a day, so we bought our own mats and parasols from the supermarket. Parasols cost 17 Euros to buy, but we later found out that you can hire one from the hotel for 9 Euros a week.

The only minor negative point is that it has 2 very small lifts. You can’t get much more than a buggy and you in or 2 suitcases and 1 person, so you sometimes had to wait a while due to the large amount of families with pushchairs in the hotel. If you book this hotel then I don’t think you’ll be disappointed and I would say that it is more like a 4 star than a 3.
