Holiday reviews for Mahon

We visited Mahon in January 2005 to sample the off-season ambience. Obviously all the normal holiday places were closed but the few restaurants that were open offered excellent cuisine and, in general appreciated your custom.
Even in the off-season Mahon offers the habitual shopper a decent range of browsing with some good bargains to be had.
Don't forget to visit Ciutadella at the other end of the island. Menorca's old capital is a lovely place to wander round for the day, but don't expect to much hustle and bustle in the winter.
Menorca is a beautiful island, unspoilt by tourism and somewhere to visit again and again.
