came back from the Orange on the 5th Oct. stayed for 11days and enjoyed every minute of it, the staff are ALL so good at their jobs , the customer services lady called Alison Scott is the best ever, and Pilar in the restaurant is the best waitress they have got.read a lot about the referbishment of the showers and was concerned to read that there was a lot of flooding in the bathroom, well I can tell you that all it takes is a little bit of common sense and dont put the pressure of the water on to full, didnt have a flood once, been going to this hotel for the last 8yrs and wouldnt consider anywhere else. good job well done.

best hotel in benidorm, staff is superb, pepe alison pilar and teadora
are the best. very kind. its like going from home to home.
