Terrible! This is an expensive hotel and it's the worst I've ever stayed in in 20 years of travel! We got food poisoning, had awful rooms next to a huge and noisy building site which started at 7am every day. Pool was drained. Lots of broken equipment in our room ( air con, chair, door, sink, lights, tv remote etc etc); we reported it but nothing was fixed. We asked to change room but were refused. Kids club very poor for older kids. Plastic cup of cola cost over ?3, what a rip off! They didn't replace our toiletries so bring your own! Shower was like napalm, keep the kids away. Broken sun beds which you had to reserve at the crack of dawn. Cockroaches by the pool, ants in the room. Brochure shows a lovely king size bed, we had 2 singles pushed apart with rubber sheets. Rubber sheets are great when the air con is broken...so romantic! Lots more problems too numerous to mention. Tour operator hopeless. The holiday cost ?6000 for 2 adults and 2 kids for a fortnight and we've been offered ?30! yes we thought it was a joke too!! Don't go there are lots of lovely hotels out there and lots of better tour operators too.
