Holiday reviews for Golf Del Sur

We have now visited the Fairways club for two years running - for the October half term. It is an ideal destination for some early winter sun with two young children. The apartments are very well equipped - two bedrooms, full kitchen, TV, DVD, Washing Machine and outside space (either terrace or balcony); also BBQ. The pool area is ideal - very good lifeguard who keeps keen eye on the kids - and even plays with them! There's a kids entertainment programme - but very laid back - kids can join in or not. We have always hired a car - but its not really necessary as resort is only 15 mins from airport and plenty of restaurants near by for evening & small supermarket. Generally good - but keep in mind this is the Canaries - therefore ugly, chips with everything and a bit down market - just right for fussy young children! Also - don't be put off by drive through industrial estate to get to accommodation - its nice enough once you get there. But no beach - must go to Los Cris for that.
