Excellent accomodation, excellent complex. We stayed in a poolside apartment. Great to watch kids in pool why you sit and relax on patio. Would recommend to all.

I have just returned from this Hotel and found it to be more like a 3star rather than a Platinum. The food was much the same and only luke warm every morning and night.
The pool area was dirty as it wasn't getting cleaned properly. The Waterfall wasn't working the whole time we were there and no attempt to repair it in 14 days.
The bathroom smellt of sewerage and allthough several reports to rep and reception nothing was don, we were told to leave the door open so that the air con. could circulate.

German guests were all wearing bands as they were ALL INCLUSIVE. which i found strange when the British weren't, no explanation could be found

During our stay 25 - 30 at least of us have tummy bugs.

I have stayed at this resort about 6 times previously and never had any complaints.

I would never use this Hotel again or reccomend it to anybody.

On arrival at the Tenerife Princess, our first impressions were that it was all it said it was in the brochure.After recieving our keys we headed off to our room on the third floor, on entering the room it was clean and tastefully decorated, we made our way out on to the balcony (what a disapointment!);, our room seemed to be situated over the extractor fans for the kitchen!, and the view of the road was not what we expected for our Honey Moon ( we requested a pool view, Do the holiday companies ever let the hotels know about requests?);.

Overall the place was excellent, good food, and service.All rooms have air conditioning (although you would never know it is on!);

Our plane was completely on time (makes a refreshing change!); and we only arrived in Tenerife 15 mins late (and that was due to the weather);. Grabbed a taxi to the hotel, which in itself was an experience that I will never forget - not sure they know what the speed limit is!! Only cost us 20 euros.

Reception staff v. friendly and spoke very good english. Good sized rooms, although fairly basic, but very clean and ours overlooked the pool area. In the restaurant there was a good choice of food and there wasnt a huge rugby scrum to get it. The pool area was nice, but fairly cramped and most people had bagged there sunbeds even before breakfast ( I saw one bloke stick his towels down before 6am - sad or what?);

The beach was a 10 minute stroll away - Fanabe - and was clean and not too crowded, we never got approached by anyone - I think the screaming 2yr old helped!! We wandered down to Del Duque beach, nice too, but do not eat at the bistro - 20 Euros for a sandwich and a plate of chips - robbing swines!

Overall a very good holiday, you cant really complain when you have managed to get four of you away for less than ?800 half board! Would recommend it for anyone who wasnt expecting too many frills, but good, clean and friendly hospitality.
