Hotel reviews for Flamingo Hotel

Me and my mum stayed here for 2 weeks and it was the holiday from hell.We were sat by the poolside one day and a guest said that her daughters shoes had gone missing we became worried so i went to check my mums mobile which she kept in her bedside draw it had gone i shearched everywhere it was nowhere i told my mum at the same time the lady at the poll said that her daughters camera had also gone from the bedside table.Both familys went to reception to report this they said speak to your rep we waited 2 hrs for the rep to arrive she said you must tell the police we waited for the police they came and then 2 police offices went to our room to search for the missing mobile it was nowhere to be seen.The manager was also brought in but would only come when she had finished her dinner she was not bothered didnt speak to us and was rude and unhelpful.Both familys headed down to the police station to make statments whist at the police station the other lady receives a call from her saying that the camera had been put back in the room.Once me and mum had given our statments we headed back to the hotel once we entered the room there was the mobile lay on the bed the staff must of got scared and put it back maybe due to finger prints.WE are 100% sure that my mums mobile was stolen and then put back she always left it in the bedside draw due to the heat.Prior to this my mum went up to the room to look for me as she entered she see's one of the maids going threw my wardrobe handling my clothes the maid turns around in shock and walks out i dread to think what might of happen if my mum had not walked in.She was questioned about this by the manager her response was'i thought they were checking out' when it was quite clear to see that all our belongings were all over the room.We are 100% sure that the maids/staff are stealing and they stole from us we would of never of put ourselfs threw such a ordeal for 7 hrs if we was not sure ok we got it back but only because they got scared of the police the whole ordeal was very upsetting for everyone.Pollside area played no music air con was weak.lift kept breaking down.there were power cuts.the only nice thing about the hotel was the food.
