This hotel has a beautiful location - right next to a gorgeous beach and the sea. The hotel is built around an old country house and has 3 swimming pools, one adults only, which was quiet and free from screaming kids, unlike the others.
Food was good, we ate in the outdoor restauant most nights. The rooms were comfortable, they had air conditioning and satellite TV.
Although the beach was gorgeous, the ocean was too rough to do water sports, but the hotel ran a free daily bus to St. Lawrence where you could do canoing, wind surfing and canoeing in calm sea.
The gardens were immaculate, and we saw monkeys in the trees every day.
The only thing which we didn't like was that the hotel was a bit isolated, but you can easily get a taxi from the front gates and go to the more lively St. Lawrence Gap at night.
