Hotel reviews for Almond Beach Village

We visited Almond Beach in May 2004 and got married there, we are going there next week and we can't wait. I cannot belive the review for this hotel, it is a gorgeous place and is fantastic! The staff were very accomodating and the food was glorious! there are four lovely restaurants to go to. The accommodation is fairly basic - but then again who goes to the carribean to spend all day in a hotel room! This resort is fantastic for all ages!

this hotel was recommended by virgin but turned out to be a complete disaster place. the hotel is clearly not in any way fit to be run as a luxury place it is a 2 star at best. do not book for this place and if you have change it now!! A dirty damp inhospitable place that is the worse I have been in. virgin are a disgrace for allowing honest people to stay and suffer in this badly managed resort. the rooms offered are damp smelly and very small. the so called cozy is another name for small. dont bother wasting your money. and dont accept poor excuses from the hotel or virgin. I bet mr branson would not stay in this dump. period.
