Holiday reviews for Yulara

The resort of Yulara services Ayers Rock (Uluru);. It's quite small and consists almost entirely of hotels and apartments. All the hotels are linked so you can book any restaurant from any hotel. There are also facilities to book trips to Uluru at any time of the day (sundown is particularly spectacular); They do helicopter rides, camel rides and various other excursions to the Rock. The Rock itself has to be seen to be believed! I defy anyone to go there and not feel, well, a bit moved. The place is just incredible. Definitely recommended! But... a word of warning, there are more bugs in Yulara, crawling, flying, leaping and buzzing than in the rest of Australia put together. Other than that, terrific!
